Peaberry coffee is a result of genetic mutation where only one seed develops inside a coffee cherry instead of two. About 1 in 9 coffee cherries result in a peaberry, forming a smaller, denser, and rounder coffee bean. Taste notes of dark stone fruits paired with a delicate, tea-like body and floral aroma.
